After a series of tests, my doctor was able to confirm that my hormones were super out of whack, causing ALL my stubborn symptoms. Hearing this was the root cause all along inspired me to educate myself as much as possible about all the hormonal imbalances that could happen inside my body so I could take empowered action to restore my health and prevent further damage to my wellness.

With all this new knowledge, I started to implement four small but MIGHTY steps to rebalance my hormones, jumpstart my health, and ultimately revive my life. Spoiler alert—it worked!
